Ingredients: 160 g butter 100 g sugar 4-5 egg yolks, peel and juice of 1 lemon, 200 g flour, 1 tsp baking powder + 1 teaspoon cup of milk (about 75 ml)
Filling: 5 egg whites, 200g of sugar, 200 g ground walnuts, 50 g chopped walnuts + a few tablespoons of apricot jam
Whisk butter and sugar till fluffy, add egg yolks and zest of one lemon. The original recipe does not say, but you can add brown cups of milk and the juice of one lemon to the dough was softer. Stir flour with baking powder and gently stir into the mixture.
baking mold coated with butter and sprinkle with flour and pour the prepared mixture. Bake in the preheated oven at 180 C for about 15 minutes.
